We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy explains how you can return CardioX and how refunds are handled.

1. 14-day return period

You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, in line with your consumer rights (including, for customers in the European Union, Directive 2011/83/EU). You do not need to give a reason, though we always welcome your feedback.

2. Condition of returned items

To be eligible for a refund, items should be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible. For hygiene reasons, opened supplement bottles may be subject to assessment. Please keep your proof of purchase.

3. How to start a return

To begin a return, contact us at info@elbowfilter.shop with your name and order details. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days using the original method of payment where possible, or by an agreed alternative for cash-on-delivery orders.

5. Faulty or incorrect items

If you received a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us promptly. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including any reasonable return shipping costs, in accordance with applicable law.
